Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.In the event of a dispute, we agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Middlesex County before any litigation is commenced. Mediation costs shall be shared equally by the parties.
