Charlotte Rogg is a writer, death doula, and spiritual ecologist exploring how death, nature, and creativity can teach us to live more fully.

After more than a decade in design consulting and entrepreneurship, Charlotte experienced a season of profound change that reshaped her life and her work.

What began as loss became initiation. A passage into deeper study of endings, ecology, and the living intelligence of the natural world.

Now based in Boston, Massachusetts, she spends her days writing, foraging, and tending the slow work of reconnection.

Through her studio, Metamorphosis Works!, she creates essays, courses, and mail-based rituals that explore the cycles of decay and renewal through the lens of spiritual ecology and animism.

Her approach bridges strategy and spirit, structure and soil. Whether through her writing or her work as a death doula, Charlotte helps others approach change with reverence—learning to see endings not as failures, but as invitations back to life.

When she’s not writing or working with clients, you can find her in the woods, studying fungi, collecting field notes, or simply practicing the art of paying attention.
